Dean Olson

Dean Olson as the other managing partner in Forward Investments, LLC grew up in Burnsville, MN and was always brought up to work hard with his hands, such as working on his grandfathers farm in the summers.

He also did many other laborous jobs growing up and once he graduated High School, he went on to graduate as an automotive mechanic from Dakota County Technical School in 1990. As the years went by, he felt there was more to life than being a mechanic, more for him to offer. He always wanted to get into real estate, but like his long time friend Robert Duncan of 32 years, wasn’t quite sure how to go about it.

It wasn’t long before Dean and Robert pulled some money together to eventually buy some properties and start their business of real estate. As time went on, this developed into a passion for Dean. He knew that this was the right direction for him. Dean resides in St. Paul, MN with his wife of 2 years and two teenage children.
