Property Management

Property management will be done by a management company that is overseen by The Forward Real Estate Group. The management company chosen to manage the property will be required to pass a thorough screening. A property management company that we will strive for will be a company that is Institute Real Estate Management (IREM) trained. A company that is in the “know” and is part of the National Apartment Association (NAA) or at the very least affiliated with an apartment association. The competent property management company will need to have a track record, history, and demonstrate to our satisfaction in managing  properties of the same class (B or C) and size (number of units).
