The Forward Real Estate Group consists of two principle officers with over 8 years of real estate experience. The Forward Investments company was formed in early 2004 to purchase and manage real estate investments. Forward Investments, LLC has been a partnership between Mr. Robert Duncan, and Mr. Dean Olson. The principles in the company will be seeking private investment money to cover commercial Multi-Unit Apartment investment real estate costs and future growth.

The company plans to purchase Multi-Unit Apartments by using its experience in managing residential real estate, creating a team of professionals by leveraging property managers, brokers, and attorneys in each targeted market invested in.
